Feel Good!

In the 21st Century many of us find little time for ourselves. More than that however is the time we need to look after ourselves. Society pressurises many of us to look our best on a regular basis, which can cause stress, panic and even depression.
In order to feel good we cope in different ways, whether it be in 4x4 cars, at the bottom of ice cream tubs or in the pub. But all these are only temporary measure, materialistic ones. Most people wish they had healthier, sexier bodies, but don’t know where they can find the time. For the modern woman, society no longer wishes for the paper thin "look" but encourages the curvy woman. However most girls still feel that they have curves in all the wrong places.
This being the case I appreciate that the working woman, studying woman and modern woman don’t have the time to fit in a hectic exercise regimen. Nor do they have the space to incorporate a complex diet into their lives. Well that’s good, because you don’t need to.
By making a few fundamental lifestyle changes and exercising for just 20 minutes five times a week you can make an unbelievable difference to the way you look, think and feel. The reason for the short period of exercise needed is due to the implementation of high intensity workouts. So instead of jogging for an hour, try 20 minutes of short sprints, even just up and down your street. Alternatively, I like to go to my Local Park and sprint and walk in one minute bursts.
As for nutrition (the most fundamental component) avoid saturated fats altogether, and eat healthily on the whole. Drink plenty of water; go for over 2 litres daily. A few personal tips would be to swap semi-skimmed or whole milk for skimmed milk due to the fat content. Also eating cinnamon and spicy foods can help you burn those last few pounds.
