Luzon and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over the Western sections of Northern and Central Luzon which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Luzon and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southeast to Southwest wiill prevail over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
